My name is Samantha McQuillan and I am self-taught artist. I am absolutely fascinated by the art! I hold a BA in Studio Art from Transylvania University in Kentucky and have been interested in art all my life. I am here to explain what the pictures are really portraits, and why artists like myself love to create them as well. Portraits can sometimes be mistaken for shooting pictures, photos taken by a camera. However, portraits of pictures is completely different from the images of a camera. Not high-tech gadgets today.
Such portraits are 100% handmade from start to finish, usually graphite (pencil) and / or coal. The “from” part of the equation, “photo portraits” This is because the artist is going to use customers’ personal (or personal choice) and photography to hand-drawn portrait photography. Let’s say you want your picture in front of a beautiful waterfall, but the only problem is that they live far from a waterfall and you do not like cheesy photo shop pictures, a developer could put in a beautiful setting as with all natural details (and more!)
No need to be an art collector, artist or art lover to appreciate art a little here and there. Photo portraits can be incredibly poignant memories for weddings or birthdays, or a unique gift idea for holidays or other special occasions such as birthdays, Father and Mother’s Day.
